Buon Appetito
Created as part of the Intro to HTML & CSS course at UC San Diego Extension.
The project follows a fictional San Diego restaurant, Buon Appetito that specializes in authentic Italian food including pasta from scratch and Neapolitan pizza.

The Problem
The owners were in need of a website for their restaurant for a few reasons: the first was to create a digital presence and generate brand awareness, the second was to provide an online form for the press and applicants to get in touch, and the third was to have a digital menu that diners could access via a QR code that would be physically present at the restaurant.
The User
The casual diner that visits Buon Appetito's website expects all necessary information to be available. That includes hours, location, menu, an about section, and a phone number if they need to call before arriving. More goal-oriented users are looking for a contact form where they can submit detailed inquiries for press releases or to apply for hire.
